This chocolate bar is crafted with a 54.5% Belgian Dark Chocolate. To simplify its flavor profile, it’s like eating a semi-sweet chocolate chip. It’s then filled with a buttery, milky, & chocolatey caramel sauce. A specific Belgium Milk Chocolate was Mr. Sweets’ favorite thing to snack on throughout culinary school. Although expensive, it carries a few caramel afternotes when tasting the chocolate thus making it the perfect addition to add to a caramel sauce being paired with chocolate in a chocolate bar itself!
