What is all this Dubai hype you may ask? Well from what I’ve learned, it was a trend that started out around the UAE area and grew to be a popular social media sensation. With the demand rising, stores only kept making limited quantities of these products to ensure its exclusivity. Due to that happening, people took it into their own hands to “DIY” it at home using pistachio items & knafeh, or shredded phyllo dough. That’s how the trend ended up blowing up for the past while!
So what is a Mr. Sweets’ Dubai Cup consist of?
- A chocolate cookie crust, layered with a chocolate ganache base, a crunchy pistachio & toasted knafeh filling, & topped with a Belgian chocolate callet!
