With the combination of a buttery, flaky crust & a fresh cinnamon blueberry filling it makes it the perfect combination of flavors to be considered the perfect pie. With anything Chef Nic makes, he always looks for something to make each & every creation of his better. This creation needed a touch of a spiced Dutch crumble to top it to give it the over the top rich, fruity, & absolutely beautiful blueberry flavor!
